Building Kingdom Workers

Many people believe the lie that leadership has to be lonely at the top.  But this is not the way of Jesus.  He led a tight-knit team of people and taught them to love each other (John 13:34-45) and work for a purpose that was greater than themselves (Matthew 4:19).

Scripture is packed with references to Kingdom Workers.  These are servants of Jesus who lead, love, and work like He did.  They go beyond volunteering and live out the Kingdom work God has prepared for them.  As a leader, it's important that you surround yourself with these people because they love you for who you are, not what you do as a pastor.
